Ready to be the BOSS?

Ahh...the dream of being the BOSS! Not having to clock in...what you say goes....no worries about being tied up in traffic....the good life....

and....

making sure the lease payments are available in the cash flow, keeping invetory under control, watching theft both inside and outside, working on your "off" days, sometimes being a babysitter instead of the BOSS.....Whoa!! Wait a second...where is the fun?!!

The fact is this....

Being the BOSS has many advantages and responsibilities.  Each needs to be weighed to your particular and unique situation, risk and reward. 

The first step to being a BOSS is ALWAYS find the right TEAM for support.  This includes your attorney, accountant, business broker, advisor, mabye even a business coach and support group.  Don't forget about your finance team either!

Proper planning before your jump in can ease a lot of the unknowns for the new BOSS.

Remember that nothing is certain, however by harnessing the power of a TEAM your odds of success can be much better!
