Non-Disclosures are found on the left hand side of all business listings under "attachments".  Just click on the non-disclosure link and follow prompts.  You can also request a general NDA on our Business Brokerage page under Business Forms.

DJB Realty, LLC provides several services to our clientele' and each is unique in nature.  Most of our fees are based on commission as a success fee, which is only due if we complete our contractual duties as stated in our agreement with you.  Please visit Services Offered page for details.

YES!  We will customize your listing agreement that will give you the flexibility to achieve results.  Our 90 Day listing package is well tailored for business owners and can be modified to reach any mutually agreed upon listing arrangements.
